This site is the property of Virtual World Parts, Inc. who owns the content, graphics, artwork and computer code for this website (the "content"). The contents may not be copied, modified or redistributed from this website without the express written consent of Virtual World Parts, Inc. By using this site to obtain information or to shop you agree to be bound by these terms of use. The laws of the State of California (without applying conflict-of-law principles) will govern these terms of use and any dispute that might arise between you and Virtual World Parts, Inc. regarding your use of this site. Any dispute relating to your use of this site or the products that you purchase from our online store must be submitted to confidential arbitration in Temecula, California (Riverside County). You may have noticed, we have provided some links to other sites that we thought might be of interest to you. However, we do not control those sites and cannot be responsible for the content of those sites.

Shipping:
All domestic orders will be shipped UPS Ground Service. If you wish to have your order sent faster, please specify in the special instructions of your order. All orders $200 or more will require a signature from UPS. In addition, at the UPS Drivers discretion, he or she may require a signature on boxes with less value if he deems it unsafe to leave it.

Conditions of Sale:
All parts remain the property of Virtual World Parts, Inc. until paid in full. All engine modification parts, brake parts, European headlights and taillights, (except for those that are direct factory replacement parts), are for use on racing vehicles only, which may not be used on public roads in the USA. Check your local laws. User assumes all costs and risks associated with these and all other items.

Returns:
No refunds or exchanges after 14 days from sale unless it has been pre-approved by your sales representative. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. There are no returns on electrical parts or blowout items. If you receive an item incorrectly, you have 48 hours from the date of receipt in which to notify Virtual World Parts, Inc. to receive a replacement. Always get approval by phone or email before returning anything to us.

Special Orders:
We will accept special orders for parts not normally stocked or listed at the customer's request. A non-refundable 50% deposit in advance will be required.

Warranty:
All items on this website are warranted to be free from defects in manufacture, material and workmanship prior to installation. Any alteration or improper use will void this warranty. This warranty is limited, at our option, to the replacement, repair or credit of the defective merchandise. The determination for all warranty claims will be at our sole discretion. This warranty does not cover any direct or indirect costs, such as labor or shipping costs, arising from the use of any products on the website.

Cores:
Core charges will be credited to you after a core of matching description has been returned in re-buildable condition. All cores must be returned within 60 days to receive your credit.
